Nous, Éminence Eric M. Gagnon, Archevêque Métropolitain, par la grâce de Dieu, des Ministères de l’aumonerie Eric Michel International, Province Amérique du Nord des Trois Maries. Nous incorporons à notre Métropole Camerounaise les offices de Michel Apostolique (le père Michel Aime Atangana NDI) de l’église catholique charismatique Fraternité des missionnaires Jésus le Bon Pasteur, et ce, sans frais de part et d’autre.
Eric Michel Ministries International utilise la responsabilité limitée, une forme juridique pour notre organisation, dans laquelle l’entreprise n’excédera pas le montant investi dans le partenariat ou la société à responsabilité limitée (NFP-ONG). En d’autres termes, les actifs ne sont pas menacés en cas de faillite de la société.

La prière d’intercession
La prière universelle est une prière d’assemblée qui a lieu au cours de la messe, après l’homélie et avant la présentation des dons. Elle clôt ainsi la liturgie de la parole avant que s’ouvre la liturgie eucharistique. Au cours de cette prière, des intentions sont exprimées par un ou plusieurs fidèles, et toute la communauté, rassemblée autour d’eux, fait monter vers le Seigneur une même supplication.
Prêtre: l’Église universelle, ses membres et ses besoins : le pape François et les évêques, les vocations, les fidèles, la mission, l’unité des chrétiens.

Canon Law 202407001 of Eric Michel Ministries International: The metropolitan’s powers over the dioceses of his province, other than his own diocese, are normally limited to:
01. Supervising observance of faith and ecclesiastical discipline supervising observance of faith and ecclesiastical discipline and clergy and elder notify the Archbishop Metropolitan of any abuses;
02. Carrying out, for reasons approved beforehand, a canonical inspection that the suffragan bishop has neglected to perform;
03. Appointing a diocesan administrator if the college of consultors fails to elect an at least 35-year-old priest within eight days after the vacancy of the see becomes known;
04. And serving as the default ecclesiastical court for appeals from decisions of the tribunals of the suffragan bishops.
05. Archbishop Metropolitan means the person appointed as the overseer of the Ecclesiastic Corporation in accordance with the Canon Law.
06. The Board of Elders shall appoint an Archbishop Metropolitan as overseer of the Eclesiastic Corporation.
07. No other business shall be transacted at this Board of Elder meeting.
08 The Archbishop Metropolitan elected under this Rule shall hold office until their successors are elected.
09. The Archbishop Metropolitan is the chairman of the Board of Elders, of which he is now the Overseer.
10. The Archbishop Metropolitan automatically serves on each case as Juge with Final Judgment.
11. The Archbishop Metropolitan oversee the Ecclesiastic Corporation until a Bishop is chosen.
12. The office of the Archbishop Metropolitan overseer is both a great privilege and an awesome responsibility. The Archbishop Metropolitan overseer is to shepherd, direct, teach, and protect the flock of God entrusted to him with integrity and humility, looking to the Lord Jesus as the model for ministry.
13. The metropolitan serves as the first court of appeal under canon law from local diocesan courts. Metropolitan also intervenes in the selection of a diocesan administrator when a vacancy is caused by the death or resignation of the suffragan bishop and the local church fails to properly elect an administrator.
14. Metropolitan Archbishops preside over synods of the bishops of their ecclesiastical province, and canon law and tradition grant them special privileges.
15. Metropolitan, in ecclesiastical language, refers to whatever relates to the metropolis, the principal city, or see, of an ecclesiastical province; thus, we speak of a metropolitan church, a metropolitan chapter, a metropolitan official, etc.
16. How do you address a metropolitan archbishop? Metropolitans and Archbishops are addressed as “His Eminence, The Most Reverend Metropolitan (name), ” or “Your Eminence”.
17. The Archbishop Metropolitan is the chief bishop with power over all dioceses combined to create a Metropolis. In other words, the top bishops of a designated area or country. Their job description was very much the same as a bishop’s, but their word held more force and power.
The metropolitan also has the liturgical privilege of celebrating sacred functions throughout the province, as if he were a bishop in his own diocese, provided only that, if he celebrates in a cathedral church, the diocesan bishop has been informed beforehand.
It is the responsibility of the metropolitan, with the consent of the majority of the suffragan bishops, to call a provincial council, decide where to convene it, and determine the agenda. It is his prerogative to preside over the provincial council. No provincial council can be called if the metropolitan see is vacant
The Metropolitan of a given territory are also involved in the selection of bishops. Every three years, they compile a list of promovendis – a list of priests who may be suitable for the office of bishop. This is forwarded to the local Apostolic Nuncio, who evaluates the candidates in a consultative and confidential process. The Nuncio, in turn, forwards the best candidates to the House of Bishops in Canada, who conduct a final evaluation and submit their findings to the Archbishop Metropolitain for his final decision on appointment.
Archbishop Metropolitan means the person nominated by the Council of Elders to be the Metropolitan of the Church.
We establish Ecclesiastical overseers with monasteries, abbeys, churches, hermitages, religious orders, congregations, missions, societies, archdioceses, and dioceses to help them fulfill their respective missions.
A) Each religious corporation member will operate independently, maintaining their current system of disciplines and teachings.
B) The religious corporation accepts the authority of the Interdenominational Assembly of Churches operating under Eric Michel Ministries International over all matters of Faith and Practices.
C) The religious corporation member may not legally or financially obligate the Eric Michel Ministries International and associates in any way.
